1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mwgbet ("mwgbet", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at mwgbet.cam ("Platform"). By accessing, registering an account on, or using any service offered through the mwgbet Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

3 Account Registration

Each player may maintain only one active account on the mwgbet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the name, email address, mobile number, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be consolidated or closed at mwgbet's sole discretion, and any bonuses or winnings accumulated on duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The mwgbet Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and PesoNet. mwgbet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All deposits are credited to your mwgbet wallet balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. mwgbet is not responsible for delays arising from the payment provider's systems, network outages, or banking cut-off schedules. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (identity and payment method documentation submitted and approved);
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus balances must be fully satisfied before the bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold as displayed on the withdrawal page;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the associated deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.

mwgbet processes withdrawal requests in the order received. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn — this requirement is typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x);
• Wagering contributions from different game types vary — not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements;
• Bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unclaimed or non-wagered bonus amount will be automatically removed from the account;
• mwgbet reserves the right to decline, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus where it suspects the player has exploited or abused promotional terms, including through collusion, use of betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or the creation of multiple accounts.

Promotional offers are made at mwgbet's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. No promotional offer creates any entitlement or legitimate expectation of continued availability.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the mwgbet Platform are operated using software certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. 8 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period;

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mwgbet Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 10 Limitation of Liability

The mwgbet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While mwgbet makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accuracy of information, no warranty is given that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Where any statutory implied warranty applies and cannot be excluded, mwgbet's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

mwgbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your mwgbet account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arises.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

mwgbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any applicable Platform policy;
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7;
• Where mwgbet is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority;
• Where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the wellbeing of the player.

Upon termination of an account for cause, mwgbet reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold the withdrawal of funds pending completion of any compliance investigation. Genuine deposited funds not subject to any compliance hold or forfeiture will be returned to the player through the original payment method, subject to applicable legal requirements.

You may request voluntary closure of your mwgbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure will be processed within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any pending bets and withdrawal processing.

12 Disputes & Governing Law

All formal complaints will receive an initial response within three (3) business days.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the internal complaints process.

13 Amendments to These Terms

mwgbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mwgbet will notify registered players via email to the address on file, by in-platform notification, or by prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The updated Agreement will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the mwgbet Platform following the publication of any amendment shall constitute your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement.
